We are thrilled to invite you to our Metamorphosis Half-Day Retreat, exclusively for women, on Sunday, August 25th. This nurturing and empowering event will run from 9:30 AM to 2:00 PM and will be held on a stunning lakeside property that often serves as a picturesque wedding venue.
Throughout the day, we will guide you through a series of transformative experiences, including OMnia Yoga, Ecstatic Dance, Qoya, and Yoga Nidra. Each activity is thoughtfully designed to rejuvenate your body, mind, and spirit. Additionally, we will provide a variety of healthy snacks and refreshments to keep you energized and satisfied.

Tiffany Jolly is a Yoga Alliance certified E-RYT 500, and YACEP®, bringing over 20 years of teaching experience to her practice. Inspired to innovate, she established OMnia Yoga™ in 2015. Tiffany is dedicated to empowering her students to thrive, not just survive. Through yoga, she has experienced profound personal transformation and takes great joy in sharing this life-changing practice with others. She welcomes all women seeking growth, healing, and connection to join her on this journey of self-discovery.
Rebecca Mayer is an embodiment facilitator and yoga teacher trainer. She has studied and taught yoga, meditation, tantra and energy work in a variety of disciplines for decades all over the world. She has a MFA in creative writing and participated in a graduate program in Clinical Mental Health. She loves bringing the unseen into the physical and weaves humor and empathy into every offering.

In these times of accelerated transformation and change, each of us is being asked to find the ways that we can best meet this moment.
