Tiffany is a Yoga Alliance certified E-RYT 500, and YACEP®, bringing over 20 years of teaching experience to her practice. Inspired to innovate, she established OMnia Yoga™ in 2015. Tiffany is dedicated to empowering her students to thrive, not just survive. Through yoga, she has experienced profound personal transformation and takes great joy in sharing this life-changing practice with others. She welcomes all women seeking growth, healing, and connection to join her on this journey of self-discovery.
